Hello! I am Joyce Munder, the author and creator of this site and blog. I appreciate that you’ve taken the time from your busy day to stop by for a visit.

I guess I should tell you a little bit about myself so you can get to know me a little bit.

During the day I am an I.T. Help Desk manager who seeks out solutions for technical issues, develops logical processes, and explains why computers and software behave the way they do to a wide array of personnel.

I am someone who loves to learn which has helped me succeed in my day job – but to be perfectly honest my true love is – creativity. I love to read about all types of creative endeavors then explore them one-by-one. I see something and think – I need to know how to do that! For example, I once saw a letterpress in action and found it fascinating. I started buying books and reading blogs about how to operate a letterpress – I read everything I could find about letterpress. And a little over a year later I had a letterpress in my garage, restored it, and found the joy of printing my daughter’s wedding invitations.

So, now you are probably wondering what is this blog all about? Well, that’s a good question. I’ve read books that say you need focus, a niche, a brand when you put together a website and blog. But, I’ve stared at this site for over a year trying to figure it out – and all I can say is this place is going to be a little bit of everything – my art, my experiments at cooking, possibly some of my art, a few of my stories, and oh yeah… did I mention maybe some of my art?

Hopefully, you’ll continue to drop by and find something worth seeing or reading. Who knows maybe over time I’ll discover a niche and develop a brand; but for right now – I just want to have some fun.

Take Care!
